Elon Musk has made his latest move in the legal battle against Parag Agarwal-led microblogging site, Twitter.
Mr. Peiter Zatko, a former member of L0pht, the renowned hacker think tank, was the Whistle Blower in the Twitter scandal.
Mr. Zatko’s complaint to Congress garnered widespread attention. His complaints were based on false claims of user security and privacy made by Twitter.
“Mudge” Zatko use to serve as the chief of security of Twitter. He has alleged that Twitter has concealed the actual number of bots and fake accounts active on the platform from the regulators.

Musk has been making the same claim as he struggles with his legal battle to opt out of the $44 Billion Twitter acquisition deal.
Mr. Zatko has been subpoenaed by Musk’s lawyers to appear in the Deposition regarding the lawsuit, scheduled to take place on the 9th of September.
The paperwork and details originating from Zatko’s employment termination at Twitter are going to be reviewed by the Court as well.
Mr. Zatko is to stand in testimony before the Senate and narrate the security-related allegations made by him to the authorities.
Senator Durbin and Grassley who are members of the Judicial Committee of the Senate have stated that if the claims made are found to be true, then Twitter will be charged with massive security violations all around the world.
