Donald Trump, with his associates, Rudy Giuliani and 17 others, were recently charged with attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
He pleaded not guilty to these charges. The charges also mentioned racketeering activity under the RICO Act.
The trial is set to take place in Fulton County. It will also be televised.
The key players of the trial include Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

Judge McAfee confirmed on Thursday that the much-awaited Trump Trial of Fulton County will be livestreamed on YouTube.
Trump currently has 13 felonies alone from the overturn attempts. 18 other people are also charged with similar crimes by Willis.
On Wednesday, Trump pleaded not guilty.
A waiver saved him from having to make an appearance on the 6th of September. However, Trump and his supporters have continued in their efforts to use social media platforms to their advantage.
